A sick Leeds local site for electronic music (gotta represent), updated regularly and really good for recommendations. They also run a series of exclusive mixes featuring quality DJs such as Phaeleh, Dark Sky, D1 and many others. Definitely worth checking out. - elesday
A bit of a random submission, since there’s not really a current expo or anything, but I still thought I’d just share one of my favorite graphic designers and artists with the Network. He’s called Stefan Sagmeister, from Austria (like me, ah ah). Did CD covers for the Rolling Stones, Lou Reed, works in New York and works a lot on typography, installations and design posters. I suppose I’ll file him under graphic and product design. As I said, it’s a random submission but I love his work and I thought you might want to check his site out.
Click here if you’re interested :)

About a year ago, in January 2012, The Sketch Collective Network was set up and designed to assemble a vast variety of quality blogs with similar styles and interests. It’s initial goal was to create a platform for those bloggers to share, discuss, discover and promote certain of their interests as well as their own blog.
The main areas of interest of this Network is Art; anything from graphic or interior design, literature, architecture, to fine arts, music, photography, film, etc, is welcome.
However, shorty after its launch, due to negligence, lack of time and shameless self promotion of certain members, the network failed to function properly.
Now, I’ve decided to bring it back to life, with the help of a few new friends and art-enthusiasts.
We want to keep the initial idea of offering a place to share discoveries, music, literature, art, expos, the members own art and exhibition space, movies, ideas, debates etc… However, my intention this time is to branch out and go more in the direction of an online art-zine. So far, several artists have agreed to have feature articles and interviews published on the blog. Any member or contributor is free to write articles (or simply post links/pictures/tunes with brief descriptions) and get published via submit-button. If you’re an artist, designer, musician, dj, writer, etc. and would like to be featured, please feel free to send a request.
There is a Sketch-Collective Facebook group that has been set up to ease the communication between contributors.

In hope to bring this back,
